With the presence of the top four global EMS, most tier two and three companies, and some local contract manufacturing houses located in Mexico, the subcontract industry represents a significant portion of the Latin America market. EMS has proven to be a special market segment that must be fully understood in order to implement a successful sales strategy with high market penetration.

During the past 10 years, we have created within the CM’s a network of relationships that has yielded a knowledge of their operations ranging from current assembly projects to understanding how to become a preferred supplier.

In addition to supporting the logistics and accounts payable departments, we work closely with the manufacturing engineers of each project to understand their specific needs and the individual requirements of the company whose product the CM is assembling. Often we are able to “close the loop” between our principles and the project designers.
